Ōtautahi Christchurch
Following a decade and a half of struggle, Ōtautahi is definitely a city reborn. As the City grows in popularity, so does the Trust’s four family-sized units.
Located a stone's throw from Hagley Park and Riccarton Mall, the units are located in the new heart of Christchurch. The new city centre is a must see for all these days, with its laneways, tram, boutique shopping ,and foodies heaven at the new Riverside market.
But there’s more to come! Later this year Parakiore will open - the City’s new Olympic sized swimming pool with water slides galore. And in April next year – Te Kaha will host its first events as Christchurch's brand new 30,000 seat Stadium.
Top tip for whānau - Tūranga (new central city library) has much more than books. The action stations area on level one for example. Here you can find a huge lego play area to keep the kids occupied for hours. Perhaps even grab a cheeky flat white from the nearby cafe!
